We have reserved a full day at the beautiful Northland Arboretum
in Brainerd, Minnesota on Saturday, September 27, 2025 to plan
three exciting mini weddings throughout the day!

There are three times slots available for each wedding. Once a
deposit is received, that time will be reserved for the couple.

Each wedding will include a 2 hour ceremony with reception for
the couple and 18 of their guests. We will provide the venue and
the complete mini wedding set up for you!

10:00 - 12:00

1:00 - 3:00

4:00 - 6:00

Available Wedding Times:

The ceremony will take place in the “Creekside Room”
that is located on the lower level of the Arboretum.

To set the mood, Edison lights will glow from the ceiling
with large windows displaying beautiful views of nature.
Outside is a covered seating area for your guests to enjoy.

The floral designs will include the gorgeous fall colors of
“Sunset Autumn” with coordinating florals that will be
placed throughout the ceremony and reception areas.

There is a charming bridal room for the bride to relax, do
her hair and makeup and toast to the day’s events before
walking down the aisle.

Your one hour consultation on August 16, 2025 includes:

• A tour of the venue where your mini wedding will take place
• A review of your wedding details that include your choice of
  table runners and charger plates
• A cake-tasting where you will have fun sampling cake flavors!
• Securing the second half of your payment

Your Mini Wedding on September 27, 2025 includes:

• Planning, design services, set up
• Venue, tables, chairs, table coverings
• Arch, flowers, candles, signs
• Bride and Bridesmaid bouquet, two boutonnieres
• Sweetheart table with decor’
• Dessert table with decor’
• Beverages, small cake, cupcakes, mini bites
• Table settings for the couple and 18 of your guests
• Ceremony music /background music
• Unlimited access to the arb grounds for photographs

What is Included in the Mini Wedding Package:

Total cost for your Mini Wedding package
$2840.00

The first half of payment is due when you book

and the second half is due on August 16, 2025

What is Included in the 2-Hour time frame:

• Provide your own wedding officiant
• Provide your own photographer/videographer
• Provide your county-issued marriage license
• Provide any items you wish to use for your day

• A contract will need to be completed and a deposit must be paid
  before we can reserve your Mini Wedding package for you
• You will need to bring your county-issued marriage license
• The 2-hour time-frame is provided for your Mini Wedding
• There will be a coordinator available throughout the entire day
• The arb has beautiful paths with flowers, trees, gazebos, gardens
  and a waterfall for stunning photo opportunities
• There is convenient parking with handicap spaces available
• There will be signs posted to direct guests to the wedding
• There are no steps and the bathrooms are located on same level

You can invite a total of 18 guests to your wedding. There will
be seating provided for the couple and only 18 of your guests.
Children are welcome. There are no pets allowed at the arb.
